Can kids attend River Breeze events?

Yes for most events kids are allowed. FREE admission for children under the age of 6.

Is re-entry allowed?

There is no re-entry allowed.

Can't Find Your Ticket? 

All tickets are delivered electronically to purchasers. The first step is to search for an email from Tixr in your inbox (you may need to check your junk mail too).  Once you find the email, scroll to the bottom where you will see a PDF. This PDF is your ticket.

ADA Accessibility 

River Breeze Event Center has ADA-accessible seating and facilities. Guests who require access to ADA-accessible seating should pre-register in advance of the show by emailing ada@goriverbreeze.com or calling 865-378-5450. Once pre-registered, the River Breeze staff can assist with your arrival and entry into the venue. ADA patrons who need additional assistance on site should check in at the Box Office where a guest service representative will be on hand.

Getting to the Venue

What times can I catch the shuttle?

Each stop has its own designated bus, with the first bus leaving each stop 30 minutes before doors open (usually 5pm first shuttle / 5:30pm venue doors open unless otherwise noted).  

 

Shuttles beginning to leave at 5 PM from every location with the following schedule:

 

First Shuttle – 5 PM

Second Shuttle – 5:45 PM

Third Shuttle – 6:30 PM

Fourth Shuttle – 7:15 PM

Fifth Shuttle – 8:00 PM

 

 

Shuttles continue post show until all patrons have been transported back downtown.

How do I get on a shuttle back to Downtown/East Knoxville shuttle stop locations?

Riders will pick up shuttles back to downtown at the same location they were dropped off - Shuttles run back to downtown approx every 45 minutes during the show, and continually post show, until the venue has been fully cleared. Please note there may be a wait for a shuttle to return from its current drop-off run.

Can I get on the shuttle without a ticket?

Every person boarding the shuttles must have their mobile ticket available, and tickets will be scanned upon boarding the shuttle.

Can I bring food or drink on the shuttle?

No food or beverages allowed on the shuttles.

What is the mask policy on the shuttles?

Masks are not currently required on shuttles, but policy is subject to change per KCHD guidelines.

How can I buy an Onsite Parking Voucher? 

Parking Vouchers are only available as an Add-On offer during ticket purchase (not available as a stand-alone offer). Vehicles that arrive at the venue without a Parking Voucher will be turned away. No Exceptions.

How do I access the Parking Voucher I purchased?

You can access your Onsite Parking Voucher much like your mobile ticket.  For Parking Voucher’s purchased during ticket purchase process - your Voucher will be a page in the PDF sent in the email from Tixr (i.e. if you purchased 2 event tickets and parking, the PDF attachment will be 3 pages long). In the rare instances that a Parking Voucher was purchased separate from your tickets, your Voucher is a separate PDF from your ticket(s) PDF, and can be accessed via the event card in your Tixr account.

What do I need to show to enter the parking lot? 

Each vehicle’s Onsite Parking Voucher will be scanned when entering the parking lot. In addition, every person in the vehicle must have their mobile ticket with them to be scanned upon entering the parking lot. No exceptions.

What time does the River Breeze Parking Lot Open?

The parking lots open at 4:30pm unless otherwise specified.

Can I bring my RV, camper or trailer?

Onsite Parking Vouchers do not work RV’s, campers and trailers and are not allowed into the parking lot.

Can I leave my car in the parking lot overnight?

Your safety is our #1 priority.  If you shouldn’t be driving - leave your car in the lot for the night, and jump on the free River Breeze shuttle back to Downtown.  We won’t tow your car if you come to retrieve it by noon the following day.

What is the latest I can pickup my shuttle ride to the venue?

After 8:00pm, shuttles will return to the shuttle stop locations only on an as-needed basis, as determined by patrons leaving the venue to be dropped off at the stop they were picked up at earlier in the evening. A shuttle ride to the venue is not guaranteed after the 8:00 PM shuttle departure from each pickup location.

Tell me more about the Free Shuttle

Every River Breeze event ticket includes Complimentary Venue Shuttle access to/from the event.  Onsite parking is very limited and we highly encourage using the free shuttle - It’s part of the River Breeze experience!

Is there onsite parking?

Parking at River Breeze is very limited.  An “Onsite Parking Voucher” is required to park onsite at the River Breeze Event Center.

What if it rains?

Concerts at River Breeze Event Center are rain or shine. In the event of a weather delay, updates will be posted to River Breeze social media. Follow to get alerts: Instagram, Facebook, Twitter

Can i bring my own chairs?

Yes. We encourage you to bring your own camping chair or blanket. Chairs must be unbagged for security reasons. No chairs will be provided by the venue. For safety reasons, chairs will need to remain behind the chair line near the stage to avoid any crowding issues.

What is the policy if an event is canceled?

Should an event get canceled - tickets to that canceled event will be valid for the rescheduled date. If the show is not rescheduled, a refund will be issued to the credit card used to purchase the ticket(s).

In an effort to increase the speed of service and minimize your time waiting in line, River Breeze is a cashless venue for in-venue purchases.
  • For bar or food purchases, guests can link a credit card to their wristband for real-time purchases or top up their wristband with cash upon entry. Please set-up an account and add your payment to expedite your entry into the venue: https://goriverbreeze.billfoldpos.com/user/sign_up
  • You can also easily activate your wristband once you arrive on site, if you prefer. 
  • Are apps such as CashApp, Zelle, and Venmo valid forms of payment? No. Please set up your cashless account here: https://goriverbreeze.billfoldpos.com/user/sign_up
  • Wristbands can be topped up with cash on site. 
  • To check the cash balance on a wristband, guests may visit any top up station throughout the venue.
  • Guests with a remaining cash balance on their wristband should reclaim their unused funds at the box office or Guest Relations before exiting the venue at the end of an event. 
  • To request a reclaim for unused funds on a wristband after leaving the venue, please contact boxoffice@goriverbreeze.com. Please note, a service charge may be applicable for off-site requests.
  • Merchandise sales are credit card only. 

Is there a bag check?

No, please plan to keep all your belongings with you. River Breeze is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Is there a medical staff on site?

Yes.  In the event of an emergency or medical need, notify a venue staff for assistance.

Is there food sold on site?

Yes, there are a variety of food truck offerings at River Breeze events. 

Are there beverages sold on site?

Yes, there are a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages available for purchase.

Is alcohol available for purchase?

Yes, a variety of beers, wines, and hard seltzers/pre-mixed cocktails are available for purchase with valid ID.

What is an acceptable ID for proof of age when purchasing alcohol?

A valid ID is required to purchase alcohol  - this can be a Driver's license from a U.S. state. Federal or state ID card. Military ID card. U.S. passport.

Can I bring my own alcohol/food/beverages?

No outside food or beverages are allowed inside the venue.

Is there a water fountain inside the venue?

There is no water refill station inside the venue.

Can I bring my pet?

We love your furry friends but please leave them at home! We hope to host some pet friendly events in the future but unless otherwise advertised, no pets are allowed at River Breeze.

  • Chains, knives and weapons of any kind

  • Inflatable furniture
  • Confetti or glitter
  • Bikes or motorized vehicles
  • Drones or other remote controlled flying devices
  • Unapproved pamphlets, handouts or advertisements

  • Professional cameras with detachable lenses

What is River Breeze’s Code of Conduct?

All River Breeze guests are expected to maintain reasonable and appropriate behavior at all times, and must remain respectful to each other and our staff at all times. River Breeze management reserves the right to deny entry, relocate or eject guests from the facility including guests engaging in inappropriate behavior, as determined by venue/event management.

Can I bring a backpack or bag into the venue?

River Breeze Event Center operates with a clear bag policy. Patrons are limited to one clear bag per person. Small purses and clutches no larger than 6”x 6” are allowed. All items, including clear bags and purses, are subject to search.

What is the venue’s smoking policy?

Nothing against smokers, but smoking, including e-cigarettes, is only permitted in the designated smoking area at the back of the venue.

COVID Policies

What is the venue’s COVID policy?

Proof of vaccination may be requested on a show by show basis. If the event page does not explicitly state the requirement, there is none.

Masks are currently not required outdoors by KCHD.
